Weatherproof Temporary Structure
This high-end 8-story residential building's parapet wall was leaking inside the top floor ceilings and walls. Repairs were scheduled to commence in February and would be going full bore during Seattle's roughest months of wind and rain. This photo gallery makes it look like we had perfect weather, but the fact is that we had sustained 38 mph winds and driving rains at night and over the weekends. We built over 300 lineal feet of shrink-wrapped rain tight wind resistant enclosure. Then opened up the roof and parapet walls inside our weather structure and commenced repairs . We had no leaks or accidents. The work was successful in all respects.
