Residential
Yes, I do residential work of the highest quality. I apprenticed in the houses pictured on this street overlooking Lake Sammamish. I learned to frame walls, floors and roofs, install roofing and siding, and install doors, cabinets and running trim. Back then these were $250K homes, but they are ten times that amount today! I worked 12 years in single family residential construction before I switched to commercial buildings. Residential construction is close to my heart because I started there. I continue to do select residential remodels and special projects. I encourage my residential clients to call me whether they need DIY advice or a full service general contractor.
